SACM allows you to use templates to manage configurations. Template utilization examples:
Create large amounts of configurations where the config is nearly identical but the PPPoE accounts or IP addresses differ.
Have large volume of configurations but the content is a repetition of nearly identical content.
In such cases, templates allow for extremely easy creation and management of formatted configurations.
The template function in SACM can be used for configurations in text format and allow you to conduct batch generation of required config content from config patterns created using a “macro command” or “template variables.”
