Communication to/from the Control Panel uses SSL encryption.
JavaScript
The Control Panel uses JavaScript. Use of the Control Panel requires that you enable JavaScript for your browser.
Cookies
The Control Panel uses Cookies to manage authentication information. Use of the Control Panel requires that you enable Cookies for your browser.
The Control Panel display state changes dynamically based on the rights assigned to the account currently logged in. For example, with an account for which “Config” rights are set to “All,” tabs and buttons related to config update operations are displayed, but these elements are hidden on an account for which “Config” rights are set to “Browse Only.” See “ Rights specification “ for details concerning the relationship between Control Panel display state and assigned rights.
